First flight of Angara since 2014.
The MGM n°2 is a vehicle evaluation payload for the second Angara A5 Briz-M launch, representing a mass model of a Russian geostationary satellite. The payload was placed into a geostationary orbit by the Briz-M stage, to which it stayed intentionally attached. After some hours, two burns of the Briz-M stage's auxiliary engines moved MGM to a graveyard orbit a few hundred kilometers above GEO.
