Wiki

Ofek 5 was placed in orbit around the Earth with a perigee of 262 km and an apogee of 774 km. Much heavier than its predecessors (300 kg, 33% more than the Ofek generation 3 and 4), it is the first of a new generation of satellites with increased performances in terms of spatial resolution of 80 cm, obtained thanks to the instrument designed by the Israeli company El-Op (Electro-Optic Industries, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems).
