Intercosmos 8

Intercosmos-8 is a satellite of the Intercosmos constellation. This program comes from the cooperation between the USSR and the other Soviet countries, for the development of satellite for scientific purposes.
Intercosmos-8 had to study the ionosphere. The plasma was measured by three probes placed at the ends of the satellites, the aim of which was to determine the concentration of ions.
