Mission Details

GeeSat-1A & 1B

The GeeSat constellation is a private positioning constellation (similar to the American GPS or the European Galileo).
Eventually, 500 satellites are to be manufactured by the company each year. These satellites are based on the Beidou satellites, but are adapted for low Earth orbit. The accuracy of the satellites could be as good as 0.5 cm.
GeeSat-1A and 1B are two demonstration satellites.
