First operational launch of Hyperbola-1. A piece of insulating foam broke off from the rocket and got stuck on one of the rocket's 1st stage grid fins, causing the rocket to lose attitude control and subsequently disintegrated. The exact launch time and the identity of the payloads are unconfirmed.
