ZX 10 (Zhongxing 10, ChinaSat 10) (formerly Sinosat-5, Xinnuo 5) is a communications satellite based upon a DFH-4 bus. The spacecraft features a 15-year design lifetime and a 5,000 kg launch mass. The satellite is equipped with 30 C-band and 16 Ku-band transponders, three receiver antennas, and two transmission antennas. It replaced the aging ZX 5B (formerly Sinosat 1, Xinnuo 1) satellite.
