Launch Notes

First flight of KSLV-2. First flight of an entirely South Korean launcher. Poorly designed anchors for helium tanks in the rocket's third stage liquid oxygen (LOX) tank caused helium tanks to dislodge and cracked open the LOX tank. Vehicle reached its target apogee but not the velocity required to reach orbit.
