The Kaidun 1 or Caton 1 is a 2U CubeSat built jointly by the Beijing Kaidun Universal Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing MSI Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the Nanjing University of Technology. The satellite is to test a VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) for communications via the Inmarsat satellite system.

Jilin-1 Video-03 is a Chinese commercial remote sensing satellite for high-definition video within the Jilin-1 constellation designed and owned by the Chang Guang Satellite Technology Co. The main task of Smart Video 03 Satellite is to acquire visible light video data of high-resolution earth observation in the world. The satellite fully inherits the development, technological proposals, and matured products of Jilin-1 Smart Video Satellite 01 and 02. Based on the feedback of users and the market, its central computer, loading, power supply, and data transmission subsystem are updated, which improves Video Satellite's operational capability and increases the propulsion system for orbit maintenance.
