The Volga stage failed to eject Cosmos 2511, and burned into the atmosphere with the satellite. Cosmos 2512 could be deployed successfully.

Cosmos 2511
Cosmos 2511 is a satellite of the Kanopouss-ST Ocean Monitoring Constellation. The satellite will burn in the atmosphere because it failed to separate from the Volna stage.
Cosmos 2512
The russian KYuA 1, also called Cosmos 2512, is a radar calibration spheres, which was launched on the second flight of the Soyuz-2-1v Volga launch vehicle.
The KYuA 1 radar calibration sphere is to be used for radar tests by the Almaz-Antey company, a developer of anti-aircraft and anti-missile systems.
The sphere is side-mounted on a large cylindrical adaptor, which carries the Kanopus-ST 1 main satellite. KYuA 1 was successfully launched and received the designation Cosmos 2512. While the prime payload failed to separate from the launch vehicles upper stage, KYuA 1 was successfully deployed into orbit.
