First flight of the Long March 7A. 1 of 4 booster engines shut down 5 seconds early before MECO due to cavitation at the LOX tank outlet and subsequent insufficient pressurization, leading to abnormal 2nd stage separation attitude and deformation of 2nd stage engine thrust structure, 1 2nd stage engine shutdown and vehicle break-up.
