Cygnus CRS OA-4, also known as Orbital ATK CRS-4 and CRS Orb-4, was the fourth successful flight of the Orbital ATK uncrewed resupply spacecraft Cygnus and its third flight to the International Space Station under the Commercial Resupply Services contract with NASA. CRS OA-4 was captured by RMS on 09/12/2015 at 11:19 UTC and berthed to the Nadir port of the Unity module of the International Space Station on 09/12/2015 at 14:26 UTC. Its stay on the ISS was 71 days. It was unberthed on 19/02/2016 at 10:38 UTC and released by RMS on 19/02/2016 at 12:26 UTC. It deorbited on 20/02/2016 at 16:00 UTC.
