Soyuz MS-16 is a crewed mission to the International Space Station. The Soyuz MS will be crewed by Anatoli Ivanishin (Roscosmos), Ivan Vagner (Roscosmos) and Christopher Cassidy (NASA). The replacement crew is flying on MS-16 to replace the original crew, because cosmonaut Nikolai Tikhonov who was to fly on MS-16 was injured. Christopher Cassidy can be replaced by Akihiko Hoshide (JAXA). It will be the 168th flight of Soyuz.
